    Tried a couple of times and to be fair it's not bad, but having said that a "Special Curry" is not that difficult to get wrong, but they did get my partner's order wrong, she ordered a veggie dish (being a vegetarian) and we collected a pork dish !! ... To be fair they did say they would prepare the dish again for collection in minutes, and said to keep the pork dish or freeze it.

    We love Chinese food, so here is our review of Hold King Wrose road Bradford.We live very close to Hold King Near lane ends, we have used another Chinese for many many years no names mentioned, after Trying Hold King We are Sold, the food is beautifull fresh and very good portions to, very polite and friendly staff, everytime we have had a takeaway from this place it has been very tasty and hot, our review is personal of our experience with this shop and I hope this review helps you choose, / from us .

    honestly this is by far the worst place I've ever got a chinese from. ordered special schezuan which is a large container. I had barely any meat and mostly the crispy vegetable tofu type that tastes of wood. after I had picked out all of that and got to taste the rest I thought I'd just ate pure salt. I asked for (dry) shredded crispy beef and instead I got crispy beef in sweet and sour sauce. I dont know if it was a different chef or if it's because of lockdown but I can never trust to eat from here again! ended up throwing it all away and ordering elsewhere, when I got the food from there it was hot, had plenty of chicken beef etc the rice was light and not burned and I didnt need to drink a litre of water to quench thirst after all the salt. I'd say avoid but maybe was an off night who knows. chance it if you need to
